2:15pm The words to describe me are artist, happy, sad, angry, and bored. 🥱
4:02pm From Gemini….
Boredom is a Superpower
In our "scroll-addicted" world, we rarely give our brains the silence needed to wander.
• Digitally Detox: Give yourself 15 minutes a day with absolutely no input—no phone, no book, no music.
• Daydreaming: Practice "directed daydreaming." Choose a starting point (e.g., "I'm on a boat") and see where your mind takes the story without trying to control it too tightly.
5:24pm I’m in the astral right now.
5:36pm I just made my first spirit board today to map down all my nonphysical travels. One thing I noticed is how easy it is for me to be in multiple places at once.
5:37pm my next move? To merge all of the nonphysical, to the physical. Also I’ve learned that the spirit world is in the underworld, and hell is in the abyss. Plane 1 is where we all come from since before our birth.
5:38pm If you track your movements in the nonphysical and observe, you’ll find that you switch to many places, seemingly at once.
5:41pm when I’m emotionally unwell, that means I’m in the Abyss.
5:42pm I can see myself sleeping in the Abyss.
5:45pm Voxsriin resides in the Astral. I’m going there right now. To the Astral Plane.
5:46pm Vox: “It’s good to meet you Jesse! I thought I’d never see you.”
5:48pm Death is not the end. It’s only the end of your experience here in the physical world. But the nonphysical world is vast. I can only guess that what will happen to me is I’ll be connected to everything. To Divine Me and more. I shall gain an enormous amount of wisdom.
5:52pm the whole reason why I made my first Spirit Board was to track my progress within the nonphysical. I know I said I’ll be doing a break but I just can’t. The nonphysical is a part of me as much as the physical is. I found out today that when I get overwhelmed and nothing physically caused it, it is because I’m in the Abyss. The Abyss can feel suffocating if you’re not used to it. Now I want the Abyss to empower me.
6:06pm What is the physical? It’s complicated. The physical is not a world, it is a ‘meeting ground’. The nonphysical is far more chaotic then the physical. But the nonphysical is also very grounding.
6:58pm Another thing I learned: Plane 1 is where we all come from and yet we never return there. When I’m done here in the physical, I believe I’m going into the Abyss.
8:57pm I’m an artist and an explorer.
9:17pm If I feel like screaming, I’m likely in the Abyss.

8:15pm I had a good day.

4:16pm I feel like I have NO free will in my dreams.
5:11pm I can’t astral project. Being in my imagination is hard enough. It’s like my imagination is dead.
6:33pm: Developing the "Clairs"—your intuitive senses—is essentially about fine-tuning your internal "receiver." Think of it as moving from static to high-definition.
Here is the quick-start guide to activating each:
1. Clairvoyance (Clear Seeing)
This is about your "inner eye."
• The Drill: Practice visualization. Close your eyes and try to "see" a simple object (like an apple) in 3D detail.
• Daily Habit: Observe a room for one minute, leave, and list every detail you remember.
2. Clairaudience (Clear Hearing)
This involves hearing thoughts, sounds, or music beyond physical ears.
• The Drill: Practice focused listening. Sit in a noisy place and try to isolate one specific sound (like a bird or a distant fan).
• Daily Habit: Pay attention to the "voice" in your head that isn't your own monologue—the one that offers sudden, calm insights.
3. Clairsentience (Clear Feeling)
This is the ability to pick up on physical or emotional energy.
• The Drill: Psychometry. Hold an object belonging to a friend (with permission) and notice if you feel a sudden shift in mood or a physical sensation.
• Daily Habit: Walk into a room and "scan" the vibe before anyone speaks.
4. Claircognizance (Clear Knowing)
This is a "brain dump" of information without an obvious source.
• The Drill: Automatic writing. Set a timer for 5 minutes and write without stopping or thinking. Let the info flow.
• Daily Habit: Trust your "gut" on small, low-stakes decisions (like which route to take home) and see where it leads.
5. Clairalience & Clairgustance (Smell & Taste)
These are rarer and involve smelling or tasting things not physically present.
• The Drill: Sensory memory. Try to vividly recall the exact smell of your grandmother’s kitchen or the taste of a specific lemon.
• Daily Habit: Practice "mindful eating" by isolating every subtle spice in a meal.
My journey is rather difficult.

7:57pm Part of me is insane, and part of me is grounded. I trust the process. I’m never going to give up on my goals.

7:11pm I just feel like I wanna have a breakdown. I’m so tired
9:01pm I’m to the point where I’m a fully nonphysical being. But my life here in the physical requires me to become a physical being. I’m not so sure if balance is the right word to use? But I need to descend into the physical.

8:03pm I don’t like life, nor do I enjoy it.
