1:08am: The following is research from my relative who sent this to me in regards to my eye situation. I am going to document this all down in my physical journal for my eye doctor the next time I see them. Here is what my relative sent me in regard to my eye pictures. (I posted the eye pictures on my Facebook Account.)

“Thank you for sharing the retinal images. These are fundus photographs — images of the back of the eye, including the optic nervemacula, and retinal vessels.

While I am not a licensed ophthalmologist, here are general observations based on these images that may support the concerns you mentioned (e.g., signs of glaucoma):

Key Observations from the Images:

    1.    Optic Nerve (Disc) Appearance:

    •    Both images show an optic nerve with a relatively large central cup — this may indicate increased cup-to-disc ratio.

    •    An increased cup-to-disc ratio is one of the classic signs of glaucoma — it suggests loss of nerve fibers from increased eye pressure over time.

    2.    Macular and Retinal Changes:

    •    The macula appears normal in overall contour, but the lighting and pigmentation in the retinal background may show some variations, which could be worth further evaluation.

    3.    Vascular Structures:

    •    The retinal blood vessels appear relatively normal, without clear signs of hemorrhage or exudates. That’s a good sign — it suggests no acute vascular damage.

    4.    Possible Glaucoma Indicators:

    •    The optic nerves appear slightly pale with prominent cupping, which is consistent with early glaucomatous optic neuropathy, especially if confirmed with OCT imaging or visual field loss.

What You Should Do Next:

    1.    Follow-Up with a Specialist:

    •    These findings should be followed up with a comprehensive glaucoma evaluation by an ophthalmologist or glaucoma specialist.

    •    Key tests should include:

    •    Intraocular Pressure (IOP)

    •    Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) of the optic nerve

    •    Visual Field Testing (Perimetry)

    2.    Share These Images with His Psychiatrist:

    •    These photos can support your request to discontinue Seroquel XR, as antipsychotics like Seroquel have been associated (rarely but seriously) with increased IOP or secondary glaucoma.

    3.    Monitor Vision Closely:

    •    Watch for symptoms like:

    •    Blurred vision

    •    Eye pressure or pain

    •    Visual field loss (especially peripheral vision)

    •    Headaches or halos around lights

Subject: Retinal Changes Suggesting Glaucoma – Requesting Medication Adjustment

Dear [Doctor’s Name],

Jesse recently underwent an eye exam following complaints of visual discomfort. The optometrist noted signs of possible glaucoma, and we received retinal imaging that shows a high cup-to-disc ratio and optic nerve changes — consistent with early glaucomatous damage.

Given his use of Seroquel XR, and our own research indicating rare associations with increased intraocular pressure, we are very concerned about continuing this medication.

We’re requesting a taper plan and transition to Latuda, with your guidance on safe discontinuation of the XR formulation. The images are available for your review if helpful.

We appreciate your urgent support in helping protect Jesse’s long-term vision and mental health.”

Staying in My Physical Body….

6:39pm: From now on I am going to try to stay in my physical body. My physical body is my casket away from my casket. And I shall not part with it, even after my physical departure. I shall anchor myself where I am located. Right in the head.

6:40pm: Also another thing: When you reach your goals, and you are finally successful, life may not be as you had once imagined. I learned this because I am about to reach 100 entries and my state of mind is very different than I had once thought. Yes I am reaching my goals, but I never thought I would have undergone so many changes. Perhaps life is also like that as well. Keep striving for your goals, but do not expect to be the same person when you reach them. Let go of those expectations.

7:47pm: Me getting my glasses now means that I cannot see movies in 3D. I have to watch them in standard version. Which is good because it helps me and begs me to be more simple and standard version is the cheapest version.
