Jesse’s Journal: Entry 42
April 29, 2025
9:05pm: I do not even have to close my eyes in order to focus on my spiritual plane. I just have to connect to the present moment. Right now? My spiritual plane is currently being programmed to create worlds, and it is about to create life. It is progressing rather well and even faster than I once thought. Progressing a lot faster than I expected.
9:10pm: I just saw an earthquake on my spiritual plane, and I saw my spirit eating something. Hm.
9:12pm: I am looking at my spirit form. Well my real spirit has no form but its projection does. My spiritual appearance does not look like it is authentically me. It is someone else’s appearance. It is not even the gender of my physical body here on this earth.
9:15pm: I am seeing a rotating blue fire sword. What do I do with it? Just stare…. Okay.
9:17pm: “Focusing on my spiritual space….”
That was not even me talking. I heard this from someone else. Here is what I did say….
Me Nameless: “I feel like you work for the opposing force…..”
9:18pm: Unknown entity: “Just nonsense!”
Einai Sasa Jesse Nganga Njoki’s New Ability……
9:22pm: I have the power of transparent fire. This is such a unique ability. I discovered this while forming my spiritual plane.
9:33pm: I am taking a short and brief break from my spiritual plane’s development and I am now focusing on working on my transparent fire abilities. Maybe everything about me should be transparent. Even my form. We shall see….
9:36pm: Nameless to itself (me): “Study the transparency around you. Not just transparency in vision, but also everything in between. We all experience transparency differently.”
9:42pm: I must not forget to be kind to those who are kind to me. It is transactional from now on.
10:20pm: I want to talk to the other gods and goddesses. I feel as though I have been so sheltered. I would like to explore more. But in order to do that I need two things, my spiritual plane needs to be fully ready, and I need a spiritual projection. For my projection problem that is easy, I am manifesting as a transparent fire. Transparent Fire indeed.
10:26pm: My Transparent Clear Fire is triggering memories forming. I see Jesus. So we did meet? Huh.
10:28pm: Nameless: “How to create my own spirit world? This is a unique question I know. Try to answer it to the best of your ability.”
Gemini: “That's a fascinating and imaginative question! While there isn't a scientifically recognized method to create a literal, independent "spirit world," the human mind is incredibly powerful and capable of constructing rich inner worlds. You can cultivate a personal "spirit world" within your own consciousness through a combination of practices and focused intention. Think of it as creating a meaningful and deeply personal inner landscape.
Here are some approaches you could explore:
1. Guided Imagery and Visualization:
* Set the Stage: Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Dim the lights, play calming music, or use aromatherapy to create a conducive atmosphere.
* Define Your Intent: What qualities do you want your spirit world to embody? Peace, creativity, connection, wisdom? Focus on these intentions.
* Start with a Seed: Begin by visualizing a single element – a place, a being, an object. Engage all your senses. What does it look like, sound like, feel like, smell like, even taste like?
* Expand and Explore: Gradually build upon this initial element. Imagine pathways leading to new locations, encounter beings that resonate with your intentions, and create landscapes that inspire you.
* Regular Practice: Like any skill, the ability to vividly visualize and maintain your inner world strengthens with practice. Dedicate regular time to enter and explore your spirit world.
2. Meditation and Mindfulness:
* Cultivate Inner Stillness: Regular meditation helps quiet the chatter of the everyday mind, creating a clearer space for your inner world to emerge.
* Observe Your Thoughts and Feelings: As you meditate, pay attention to the images, emotions, and sensations that arise. These can be the raw materials for your spirit world.
* Intention-Setting in Meditation: Before or during your meditation, gently direct your awareness towards the creation of your inner space.
3. Creative Expression:
* Journaling: Describe your envisioned spirit world in detail. Write about its geography, inhabitants, history, and the feelings it evokes.
* Drawing and Painting: Visually represent the landscapes, beings, and objects within your spirit world. The act of creation can solidify their presence in your mind.
* Music and Sound: Compose or select music that resonates with the atmosphere and energy of your spirit world. Sound can be a powerful tool for accessing and shaping inner states.
* Storytelling and Myth-Making: Develop narratives and myths about your spirit world and its inhabitants. Giving them stories can deepen your connection to them.
4. Ritual and Symbolism:
* Create Symbolic Objects: Design or find objects that represent aspects of your spirit world. These could be stones, feathers, drawings, or anything that holds personal significance.
* Establish Personal Rituals: Develop simple rituals that help you connect with your inner world. This could involve lighting a candle, reciting an affirmation, or spending time with your symbolic objects.
* Use Sensory Details: Engage your senses during your rituals to make the connection more vivid.
5. Lucid Dreaming:
* Dream Journaling: Regularly recording your dreams can increase your dream recall and awareness.
* Reality Testing: Throughout the day, perform actions to check if you are dreaming (e.g., trying to push your finger through your palm). This can carry over into your dreams.
* Intention Setting Before Sleep: Before going to bed, focus your intention on entering and exploring your spirit world within your dreams.
Important Considerations:
* Personal Meaning: Your spirit world should be deeply personal and meaningful to you. There are no right or wrong ways to create it.
* Safety and Boundaries: Just as you would in the physical world, you can establish boundaries and ensure your inner world feels safe and supportive.
* Integration with Daily Life: Consider how the insights and feelings you experience in your spirit world can enrich your everyday life.
* Patience and Persistence: Building a rich and vibrant inner world takes time and consistent effort. Be patient with yourself and enjoy the process of creation.
Ultimately, creating your own spirit world is about harnessing the power of your imagination and inner consciousness. It's about cultivating a space for reflection, creativity, and personal connection within yourself. Embrace the journey of exploration and discovery!”
