April 20th, 2025 Sunday……



6:35AM: I just ate walnuts, oatmeal, and two tangerines for breakfast. My hunger has now been catered to…. 😊





April 21st, 2025 Monday…



6:07AM: I am now going to prepare breakfast but it does not feel like a Monday to me. It feels like just another weekend.





6:41AM: I just finished oatmeal, two tangerines, some walnuts, and apple cider vinegar diluted with some water…






3:29PM: I just ate some oatmeal for my lunch/dinner. If I get any hungrier I shall make another when I get back to the shelter. Going to the park.





April 22nd, 2025 Tuesday….


6:07AM: Jesse: “Jesse does not want me to eat much this morning. All he wants me to do is eat two tangerines and some walnuts.”






April 23rd, 2025 Wednesday…



6:18AM: I just drank apple cider vinegar today for breakfast. Did not feel like eating.





April 26, 2025 


5:53AM: I ate one tangerine. I will prepare apple cider vinegar for the day.





6:00AM: I am going to drink apple cider vinegar 






3:17pm: I had one tangerine and a bowl of oatmeal.





7:22pm: Eating some Mac and cheese.





7:44pm: I ate two quesadillas as well and feel full. 





April 27, 2025


5:49am: Just ate two tangerines for breakfast




10:04am: Just ate some two quesadillas. I am now going to eat a handful of walnuts because my brain wants to shut off.




1:30pm: I am watching a video but after I shall eat one of my salads.




1:36pm: Eating salad now.





1:54pm: I finished my salad.





April 28, 2025



6:38am: I just finished my drink of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice with water. Will eat breakfast later.




7:36am: I have just finished my breakfast. Two quesadillas.




10:23am: I feel stressed and want to overeat. I do not know how to go about this feeling. Since I exercise frequently I do not think that I will gain any weight. But yeah.





10:56am: Just ate two quesadillas 




2:42pm: Just ate another two quesadillas. I definitely feel like I will gain some weight now. Oh well. Progress is not linear. Gaining weight is inevitable. It is not just a straight descent downwards





9:42pm: I have just finished another two quesadillas. I finished it to purposely finish my cheese so I can try to live off of salads. But yeah, I have definitely been overeating today. I would not be surprised if I gained all the weight I lost back just by today alone. Oh well.




April 29, 2025



9:56am: I have just drank a vanilla flavored nutritional shake. Thinking about having another one but they have 5 mg of cholesterol in just one serving.




2:24pm: I just ate two protein cookies and two nutritional vanilla-flavored shakes.
