Einai Sasa’s Spiritual Journal: Entry 24
Einai Sasa’s Spiritual Journal: Entry 24
April 12th, 2025 Saturday…..
9:30AM: Unknown is the long form for UK. I am going to try to listen to and interact with my inner voice. I ask no longer want to refer to Yahuah as my God, He is my Creator. This phrase shall help deepen my relationship and interaction with Him.
1:33PM: I am not feeling good right now.
1:38PM: Unknown: “Oh how I long for……”
1:42PM: Unknown: “I do not feel like myself.”
1:45PM: Yishai: “How far is my physical body into completion?”
1:46PM: Unknown: “0.01 percent complete. You are not even fully in the beginning. Yes you have lost some weight, but you have probably gained it all back lately, so do not focus on that. Focus on getting stronger. And focus on gaining more understanding.”
1:47PM: Unknown: “You should also be aware that there is no such thing as completion. There will be no end to your percentage increase during this journey, but no, you have not yet completed the beginning, not by a long shot. Check back in with me six months later at least. Around six months minimum shall you be at a full one percent of progressional growth.”
1:52PM: Unknown: “Stick to your program, learn your program, and study your program, and stick with it. And you shall succeed, do not worry about becoming skinnier, focus on getting stronger and staying healthy and distant from others. You need to be okay with some solitude.”
2:22PM: It is actually pretty cool because my spirit is able to take shape and change form into anything that I desire, any animal, any object, any person, anything. I just turned myself into a black obelisk right now.
2:30PM: Unknown: “The green one is shining. He is shining below my right sole of my foot.”
2:33PM: Jesse does not want to leave. He is fighting his transformation into Yishai. Yishai is already here but he is not yet Jesse.
2:36PM: I am seeing these black clouds. Altogether these black clouds have no identity.
2:38PM: I am a being with no identity. What do I call myself? I can shape-shift and turn myself into anything. Is this the beginning of my journey? Also Unknown is the one who is in charge of my Program.
2:40PM: There is a cloud on my mental spirit preventing me from continuing on my journey. I am trying to place myself into the shoes of every being.
2:41PM: Unknown: “Who is that?” I see a blonde female with pointy ears, she seems to be conducting a choral band.
2:42PM: I am being pulled to and fro.
2:43PM: Unknown: “I want to battle that b*tch Hazel.”
2:44PM: Okay now I can see myself. Sheesh. This stuff takes practice.
2:46PM: Good. The green one is still trapped. He is in panic as he is trying to find ways out of his imprisonment. I send him a jolt of painful energy and he groans in pain.
2:51PM: I am in darkness. I then hear Unknown say in his language, “Begin…..”
2:54PM: Unknown is currently speaking with Yahuah right now. I do not know what the current topic of the conversation is.
April 13th, 2025 Sunday…..

6:30PM: My mental spirit no longer likes food that much anymore.
Unknown: “How about your spiritual core?”
Me: “I can feel a shift in that as well.”
6:31PM: Unknown: “Good.”
6:34PM: Unknown: “Gemini? I am trying to take a reverse backwards approach to my spirituality, and that is to become more physical. How can I live a more physical life?”
6:35PM: Gemini: “That's a fascinating and somewhat unconventional approach to spirituality! The idea of grounding oneself in the physical to explore the spiritual is actually quite ancient and present in many traditions. Think of practices like yoga, Tai Chi, and even pilgrimage – they all involve a strong physical component that often leads to deeper inner experiences.
Here's how you can live a more physical life with the intention of fostering your spirituality:
Embrace Movement in Everyday Life:
* Walk or Cycle: Opt for walking or biking instead of driving for short distances. Notice the feel of your feet on the ground, the wind on your skin, the rhythm of your breath.
* Take the Stairs: Skip the elevator and escalator. Pay attention to the muscles working and the increase in your heart rate.
* Active Commuting: If possible, incorporate walking or cycling into your commute. This can be a mindful way to start and end your day.
* Household Chores with Awareness: Engage your body fully while doing chores like gardening, cleaning, or washing the car. Notice the movements and the physical effort involved.
Engage in Intentional Physical Practices:
* Yoga or Tai Chi: These practices combine physical postures with mindful breathing and can be deeply grounding and meditative. They connect the body and mind in a powerful way.
* Dance: Explore different forms of dance. Allow your body to move freely and express itself. This can be a joyful and liberating physical and emotional release.
* Martial Arts: Disciplined physical training in martial arts can cultivate focus, discipline, and a strong sense of body awareness.
* Hiking and Nature Walks: Immerse yourself in natural environments. Pay attention to the terrain, the sounds, and the smells. The physical act of walking can become a form of moving meditation.
* Swimming: The feeling of weightlessness and the rhythmic movements of swimming can be very calming and meditative.
* Strength Training: Building physical strength can foster a deeper connection with your body and a sense of empowerment. Focus on proper form and the feeling of your muscles working.
* Rock Climbing: This activity challenges both your physical and mental abilities, requiring focus, problem-solving, and trust in your body.
Cultivate Body Awareness (Mind-Body Connection):
* Mindful Movement: Pay attention to the sensations in your body during any physical activity. Notice your breath, your muscles, your balance.
* Body Scan Meditations: Regularly practice body scan meditations to become more aware of different parts of your body and any sensations present.
* Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to signs of fatigue, pain, or discomfort. Respect your body's limits and learn to differentiate between pushing yourself and overdoing it.
* Journaling About Physical Experiences: Reflect on how different physical activities make you feel, both physically and emotionally. Notice any connections to your inner state.
Connect with the Physical World:
* Gardening: Working with the earth, planting seeds, and nurturing growth can be a very grounding and rewarding physical activity.
* Cooking: Engaging your senses in the process of preparing food – the textures, smells, and tastes – can be a mindful and physical experience.
* Creative Physical Expression: Explore activities like pottery, woodworking, or playing a musical instrument that involves physical movement and creation.
The "Reverse Backwards" Approach:
By focusing on the physical, you might find that:
* It Grounds You in the Present Moment: Physical activity often requires your full attention, pulling you away from mental chatter and into the "now."
* It Releases Stored Energy and Emotions: Physical exertion can be a healthy way to process and release pent-up emotions.
* It Fosters a Deeper Appreciation for Your Body: As you become more physically active, you may develop a greater respect for your body's capabilities and its intricate workings.
* It Can Lead to Inner Stillness: Paradoxically, intense physical activity can sometimes lead to a state of mental clarity and inner peace after the exertion.
* It Connects You to the Natural World: Many physical activities, like hiking or swimming, can bring you into closer contact with nature, which many find spiritually enriching.
Remember to approach this journey with curiosity and without judgment. There's no right or wrong way to explore your spirituality. By intentionally engaging with the physical, you might discover new pathways to inner understanding and connection. Be patient with yourself and enjoy the process of becoming more physically embodied.”
6:35PM: Unknown: “I am now going to post this diary entry.”
