Einai Sasa’s Spiritual Journal: Entry 11
April 3rd, 2025 Thursday
7:49PM: I just saw someone arguing in the spirit on the phone. And before that I saw someone looking straight at me and raising their eyebrows, giving me like a: “Really?” Expression.
7:52PM: My energy is being harnessed by demons. I see demons eating whatever is coming from my secret project.
7:57PM: I was able to see multiple flashes of these singers that I have never seen before on earth. They were people holding this microphone. I am getting really tired now and may not physically be able to document everything that goes on. I need to put full focus on my secret project.

6:28AM: Do not focus on the results, go focus on the task. Focus on the assignment and understanding the homework assignment, and not too much on the grades you shall receive.
1:14PM: Me: “Gemini? How do I figure out my spirit’s natural state?
Also, what is the spirit according to the Bible?
Also, how can I get in touch with my own spirit and understand my spirit personally in very doable and realistic steps?
Thank you.”
1:15PM: Gemini: “Let's break down your questions about your spirit.
Figuring Out Your Spirit's Natural State
The concept of a "spirit's natural state" can be interpreted in various ways, often depending on your spiritual or philosophical beliefs. Here are a few perspectives and how you might explore them:
1. Introspection and Self-Reflection:
* Quiet Time: Dedicate regular time for silence and stillness. This could involve meditation, mindful breathing, or simply sitting quietly without distractions. Pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and inner sensations without judgment.
* Journaling: Write about your experiences, emotions, values, and what truly brings you joy and a sense of purpose. Look for recurring themes and patterns. What activities make you feel most alive and authentic?
* Identify Your Values: What principles are most important to you? What do you stand for? Understanding your core values can give you insight into your inner compass.
* Reflect on Your Passions and Interests: What naturally draws your attention and energy? What do you enjoy doing without expecting reward? These can be clues to your innate inclinations.
* Consider Your Strengths and Weaknesses: What comes easily to you? What challenges do you consistently face? Understanding your natural talents and areas for growth can reveal aspects of your inner self.
* Pay Attention to Your Intuition: Learn to recognize and trust your gut feelings. These often arise from a deeper level of awareness.
2. Exploring Different Spiritual or Philosophical Frameworks:
* Consider Your Beliefs: Do you adhere to a specific religion or spiritual tradition? These often have teachings about the nature of the soul or spirit. Exploring these teachings can provide a framework for understanding your own.
* Research Different Philosophies: Concepts like mindfulness, existentialism, or various forms of spirituality offer different perspectives on the inner self and its natural state.
* Engage with Nature: Spending time in nature can often foster a sense of connection and peace, allowing you to tap into a deeper sense of self.
3. Seeking External Guidance (Use Discernment):
* Spiritual Mentors or Guides: If you follow a particular faith, consider speaking with a religious leader or spiritual mentor who can offer guidance and insights based on your tradition.
* Therapists or Counselors: Sometimes, exploring your inner self can bring up complex emotions or past experiences. A therapist can provide a safe and supportive space for this exploration.
* Spiritual Communities: Connecting with like-minded individuals can provide support and different perspectives on your spiritual journey.
It's important to remember that:
* This is a journey, not a destination: Understanding your spirit's natural state is an ongoing process of self-discovery.
* Be patient and compassionate with yourself: There will be times of clarity and times of confusion.
* There is no single "right" answer: Your spirit's natural state is unique to you.
What is the Spirit According to the Bible?
The Bible uses the term "spirit" in various ways, but some key understandings emerge:
* Breath of Life: In the Old Testament (Hebrew: ruach), spirit is often associated with the breath of God that gives life (Genesis 2:7). It's seen as the vital force that animates living beings.
* God's Spirit: The Bible speaks extensively about the Spirit of God (also called the Holy Spirit). This is understood as God's active presence and power in the world and in the lives of believers. It is divine and distinct from human spirit.
* Human Spirit: The Bible also refers to the human spirit (Hebrew: ruach, Greek: pneuma). This is often seen as the immaterial part of a person, distinct from the physical body and the soul (though the distinction between soul and spirit can sometimes be nuanced and debated).
* It is the seat of intellect, emotions, will, and conscience.
* It is what connects humans to God and allows for a relationship with Him.
* It is considered to be eternal.
* A Source of Understanding and Wisdom: The Spirit of God is also seen as the source of wisdom, understanding, and spiritual gifts (Isaiah 11:2, 1 Corinthians 12).
Key Biblical Concepts Related to Spirit:
* Indwelling of the Holy Spirit: In the New Testament, believers in Jesus Christ are said to receive the Holy Spirit, who dwells within them, empowering them and guiding them.
* Spiritual Growth: The Bible emphasizes the importance of growing in the Spirit, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform one's character and actions.
* Discerning of Spirits: The Bible also mentions the ability to discern between different spirits (1 Corinthians 12:10, 1 John 4:1), highlighting the importance of spiritual discernment.
In summary, according to the Bible, the spirit can refer to the life-giving breath, the divine Spirit of God, and the immaterial, inner essence of a human being that connects them to God and is the seat of their inner life.

1:17PM: Me: “How do I get in touch with the spirit world using my will, dedication, mind, and emotions? In simple doable steps please”
1:18PM: Gemini: “Getting in touch with what is often referred to as the "spirit world" is a practice that varies greatly depending on individual beliefs and traditions. It's important to approach this with respect, caution, and a clear understanding of your intentions. Here are some simple, doable steps focusing on using your will, dedication, mind, and emotions, while also emphasizing safety and groundedness:
Important Considerations Before You Begin:
* Define "Spirit World": What do you personally understand this term to mean? Are you seeking connection with ancestors, guides, nature spirits, or something else? Clarity in your intention is crucial.
* Safety and Grounding: Before and after any attempt to connect, ensure you feel grounded and safe. This can involve spending time in nature, visualizing roots extending from your feet into the earth, or engaging in physical activity.
* Discernment: Be prepared to discern the source of any communication or feelings you receive. Not everything you perceive may be what you expect or desire. Trust your intuition.
* Respect: Approach any potential connection with respect and humility.
* Start Small: Begin with short sessions and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable.
Simple Doable Steps:
* Set a Clear Intention (Will & Mind):
* Decide What You Seek: Be specific about who or what you wish to connect with (e.g., "my spirit guides," "the wisdom of nature"). If you're unsure, a general intention for benevolent connection is fine.
* Formulate a Clear Statement: Write down or mentally state your intention. For example, "It is my intention to open myself to connection with my spirit guides for guidance and understanding."
* Create a Conducive Environment (Mind & Emotions):
* Find a Quiet Space: Choose a place where you can be free from distractions and feel comfortable.
* Relax and Center Yourself: Sit or lie down in a relaxed posture. Take a few deep breaths to calm your mind and body. You can visualize any tension leaving your body.
* Set the Mood (Optional): You might light a candle, burn incense (if you enjoy it and it's safe), or play soft, calming music. These can help create a focused atmosphere.
* Focus Your Mind (Mind & Dedication):
* Quiet Your Thoughts: Gently guide your attention away from everyday worries. You don't need to stop thinking entirely, but aim to create a calm mental space. Focusing on your breath can help.
* Visualize: Imagine a gentle light surrounding you, creating a safe and protected space. You can also visualize a pathway or connection opening up to the "spirit world" as you understand it.
* Open Your Heart and Emotions (Emotions & Will):
* Cultivate a Feeling of Openness: Allow yourself to feel receptive and open to any sensations, thoughts, or feelings that may arise.
* Approach with Love and Trust: Focus on feelings of love, gratitude, and trust in the process. Positive emotions can help create a more harmonious connection.
* Direct Your Will and Dedication (Will & Dedication):
* Mentally Call Out (Optional): If you have a specific entity or type of spirit you wish to connect with, you can mentally or softly call out to them. Be respectful and clear in your request.
* Maintain Focus: Gently bring your attention back to your intention whenever your mind wanders. Your dedication to staying present is key.
* Be Receptive and Observe (Mind & Emotions):
* Pay Attention to Sensations: Notice any subtle changes in your body (tingling, warmth, chills), emotions, thoughts (sudden insights, ideas), or even sensory perceptions (faint sounds, smells, visual impressions).
* Don't Force It: Avoid trying too hard to make something happen. Simply be open and receptive to whatever may come.
* Express Gratitude and Close the Connection (Will & Mind):
* Thank Any Presence: If you felt a connection or received any communication, express your gratitude.
* Gently Bring Your Awareness Back: Wiggle your fingers and toes, take a few deeper breaths, and consciously bring your focus back to your physical surroundings.
* Ground Yourself Again: If you feel ungrounded, spend a few minutes focusing on your connection to the earth.
* Reflect on Your Experience (Mind & Dedication):
* Journal: Write down anything you experienced, even if it seems insignificant. This can help you identify patterns and understand your personal way of connecting.
* Be Patient: Connecting with the "spirit world" can take time and consistent effort. Don't be discouraged if you don't have dramatic experiences right away.
Important Reminders:
* Your Imagination is Powerful: It can be difficult to distinguish between genuine connection and your own imagination. Start by simply observing and noting what arises without judgment. Over time, you may develop a clearer sense.
* Listen to Your Intuition: If anything feels uncomfortable, negative, or draining, stop the practice immediately.
* Maintain a Balanced Life: Ensure you are also focusing on your physical, emotional, and mental well-being in your daily life. Groundedness in the present is essential.
By following these simple steps with intention, dedication, and a mindful approach, you can begin to explore potential connections with what you understand as the spirit world. Remember to prioritize safety, respect, and your own well-being throughout the process.”
