April 15th, 2025 Tuesday…..
6:04AM: both toes on both feet are aching. I suppose it was the way I clipped the toenails on each of them, I believe they are becoming ingrown.

8:22AM: Just got done with my workout at the peer center.
April 17th, 2025 Thursday
3:46PM: I have like seven pimples upon my face right now, and I am STILL BEAUTIFUL! 🤭
April 18th, 2025 Friday….
7:12PM: I would like to be working out even when I am outside of the gym. I feel so good today. And I could easily feel Jesse guiding me.

9:00AM: I am back on my bed but my right foot is beginning to ache. I wonder what Jesse is doing…..
11:17PM: The right side of my neck is aching. Oh…..

6:08AM: Oof. I woke up feeling sick today. Well. I just feel like my immune system is fighting something.
7:05AM: My right upper thigh is sore. I believe I overworked it yesterday….
12:12PM: I just felt an aching pressure in my right knee.

My current weight is 271.2 pounds. I lost about another eight pounds.
7:22PM: I lost a total of 14 pounds so far on my journey and it has not even been two months yet since I started.

5:47am: Woke up feeling ill this morning and with a sore throat. Also feeling hungry.
8:44pm: My right kidney hurts. I might have kidney stones but I eat really healthy. Hm.

10:55am: I am doing flutter kicks throughout the day and I am about to pull my right leg muscle. I shall take a break now.
2:01pm: I believe I have kidney stones on my right kidney. I can feel a new formation. I did eat a lot of cheese yesterday but I believe I had this pain before then.
5:11pm: Going to do some exercises on my upper body. 😊
5:15pm: From now on I will do lower body exercises and upper body exercises with no equipment. And this is without the gym at the peer center! 😊
