April 3rd, 2025 Thursday



8:16AM: 2 minutes and  40 seconds. Burnt 12 calories. Some days I will do a lot and some days I shall do minimum. Today is one of those minimum days. 




6:32PM: I am about to begin the secret project. Starting the secret project now…..





April 4th, 2025 Friday



6:28AM: Do not focus on the results, go focus on the task. Focus on the assignment and understanding the homework assignment, and not too much on the grades you shall receive.




10:25AM: My face looks a lot more slim and my face has a much more slimmer appearance.




6:31PM: Starting the secret project now…..





6:55PM: My left bicep feels very firm and much stronger. And I have not been exercising for a month yet. Thank You God. Yahweh You are so Good. All the time.






April 5th, 2025 Saturday…



5:10PM: Beginning my secret project now….





April 6th, 2025 Sunday



12:33AM: I was tackling the bones aspect of my physical body project the entire last night and my early morning. My bones feel more shaped and more defined. I also felt my ears growing.





12:37AM: After this particular audio is over, I shall end my secret project for the early morning. 




12:50AM: I have just finished my secret project for now.





3:59PM: Beginning the secret project… Beginning now.







April 8th, 2025 Tuesday



8:24AM: Just got to the peer center gym. Ready for my workout today! 😊






8:28AM: Just got off the elliptical, 1 minute and 56 seconds and burnt a total of 10 calories.






8:29AM: Ok. Now about to lift 40 pound weights for a few minutes. Remember that this is not a sprint, but a long and patient walk. 







8:33AM: Just finished lifting weights! Wowie! And this is the first time that I am actually doing them right! OK. Now onto the next task.





9:27AM: Two people have come to tell me that I look skinnier! Praise be to my Yahuah! Thanks for everything! This only motivates me harder.







April 9th, 2025 Wednesday 


8:23AM: Ok. Had a messy morning. Look at the off topic entries if you are curious for more. But yes. It is time for me to continue my work out. A simple day today program-wise. Anything extra will be weeded out.







8:27AM: Just finished a little over a minute on the elliptical. Now I have to do forty pounds of weightlifting. Burnt seven calories so far.








8:30AM: I am done with the workout. 






9:05AM: Also my throat has been getting dry. Like really dry lately. I do not know if it is my healthy eating transition? Hm.







11:23AM: My right foot is acting like it is BRUISED!? Like WHY?!

10:22AM: According to my knowledge so far and my current measurements, my fist is 3 inches high. And the width is….. an estimated 6 inches wide. This shall be my reference point as to how much I shall eat. I no longer crave food as much as I did, and I am ready to be fully skinny. Only what is different about this time is that I shall also work on building a healthy amount of muscle.





11:05AM: My palm is approximately 6 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide……

This shall be my reference point as to how much I shall eat. I no longer crave food as much as I did, and I am ready to be fully skinny. Only what is different about this time is that I shall also work on building a healthy amount of muscle. 11:09AM: 4.5 plus 1.5 equals a total of 6 inches.
