Einai Sasa’s Physical Body Project Journal: Entry 1
Einai Sasa’s Physical Body Project Journal: Entry 1
Thursday March 27th, 2025.
2:43PM: I have started my physical body project. Where I undergo the deep restoration process of my physical body. I may even start a health journal. But specifically for things such as my weight loss and intentional appearance changes, this is the journal to go to and look up. I took a Before progress picture on March 25th, 2025. And will not take another progress picture until three years later exactly from that date, so that being March 25th, 2028. Whether I have evolved or have devolved, whether I am doing well or terrible, I shall take an After progress picture on that date. Like I said, my work can turn into and become a great success, or it could turn out to be a great failure. But either way, I am going for it regardless. And another thing, I am NOT going down without a fight. Anyways on this date of March 27th, 2025, the physical body project of Einai Sasa has been announced.
4:09PM: My current weight is an estimated 287 pounds. And I am 5 feet and 7 inches tall. I am overweight. But I am working on it. Let the physical body project commence!
5:30PM: Let me tell you some information that I got from both Emotional and Mental Spirit: I trust in divine timing because I believe that I was meant to become overweight. Because when you look up the healthiest size to be when you are immature and old and a senior citizen, certain data states and suggests that being a little heavy is protective of your body. This is because when you stay skinny in old age your risk of both fragility, being frail, and mortality increases significantly. So basically, I believe I was meant to be overweight in order to restart and start over. I eat healthy and I maintain a healthy weight. I was meant to become heavy so I can reset and exercise and eat healthy to build muscle and a healthy regimen that shall help me all the way unto my old age, basically.

10:11AM: I have just discovered that I am a bass instead of a tenor on SimplySing. I love that app so much already. God is Good, all the time. And I am super thankful and grateful for all these experiences, from both the smooth-sailing experiences to the challenging experiences.
10:15AM: Understanding my true vocal range is great news because now I can use what little I know about this new discovery of my voice being a bass towards my songs because I was trying to stay a tenor and I was trying to force myself to be a tenor, when I am truly not a tenor anymore. I was in high school for a bit, but high school was about to be five years ago.
10:17AM: My physical body project does not only consist of my weight loss. It consists of all things about my physical body’s progression. Whether I am evolving, or whether I am devolving. I shall keep going and documenting everything. But now with the birth of my program. I should be on the pathways to success. And as I always say now: Let God’s will be done for me. AMEN! Amen.
10:22AM: And my voice is naturally deeper. And more relaxed. I am embracing who I am as a bass singer.
11:53PM: I woke up with a sickness. I woke up with a severely enflamed upper throat. It kinda hurts. I thought it would be like 6:00AM or something by now, but no, still March 31st, 2025. I am just about ready for the new month now.
9:00AM: At the gym. Just got done. 7 minutes 34 seconds and burnt 39 calories. Feeling the burn.

1:12AM: Me: “Gemini, how many pounds do I, a 5 foot 7 inches African male, need to lose in order to start seeing a visual difference?
Please give me thorough answers. Thank you.”
Gemini: “It's important to understand that weight loss and how it's visually perceived is highly individual. There's no single number that applies to everyone. However, I can provide you with some general guidelines based on research and expert opinions:
General Guidelines:
* Percentage of Body Weight:
* Many experts suggest that a noticeable visual difference often occurs after losing 5% to 10% of your starting body weight.
* This means that if you weigh 200 pounds, you might start to see changes after losing 10 to 20 pounds.
* Facial Changes:
* Studies indicate that changes in the face can be noticeable with even smaller amounts of weight loss. Some studies indicate that around 8 to 9 pounds of weight loss can make a difference in facial appearance.
* Individual Factors:
* Body Composition: Where you store fat and how your body distributes weight plays a significant role.
* Height and Frame: Your height and overall body frame influence how noticeable weight loss is.
* Starting Weight: The higher your starting weight, the more weight you may need to lose to see significant visual changes.
* Genetics: Genetic factors influence how your body stores and loses fat.
* Muscle Mass: If you gain muscle while losing fat, the visual changes might be more pronounced.
Important Considerations:
* Health over Aesthetics: While visual changes can be motivating, prioritize your health. Even small amounts of weight loss can significantly improve health markers.
* Gradual and Sustainable Weight Loss: Aim for a gradual weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per week. This is generally considered a healthy and sustainable rate.
* Consistency is Key: Consistent effort with diet and exercise will yield the best results over time.
* Body Image: It's important to maintain a healthy body image throughout your weight loss journey. Focus on feeling good and improving your overall health.
In summary:
* While there's no exact number, losing 5-10% of your starting body weight is a good general guideline.
* Pay attention to the health benefits, and not only the visual ones.
* Individual results will vary.
I hope this information is helpful.”
