March 29th, 2025 Saturday….

5:07AM: I do not know if I should eat breakfast. I am not hungry. I do not know if I should eat breakfast regardless of my low hunger level. Let me ask….

5:09AM: Google’s AI Overview:

“AI Overview

While you don't have to eat breakfast if you're not hungry, it's generally beneficial to eat something within a couple of hours of waking, even if you don't feel hungry, to help regulate blood sugar, improve focus, and ensure you get adequate nutrients.

Here's a more detailed explanation:

  1. Benefits of eating breakfast:
  2. Improved focus and energy: Eating breakfast can help prevent dips in energy and focus that can occur when you go too long without food.
  3. Better brain function: Studies show that people who eat breakfast tend to have better memory, attention, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Stabilized blood sugar levels: Eating breakfast helps replenish glucose reserves that deplete overnight, which can lead to more stable blood sugar levels throughout the morning.
  5. Increased nutrient intake: Breakfast is a great opportunity to get essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that your body needs.
  6. May help with weight management:Eating breakfast can help prevent overeating later in the day by preventing extreme hunger.

  7. What to eat if you're not hungry:
  8. Start with something small and easy to digest: If you're not feeling hungry, a light and easy-to-digest option like a piece of fruit, a small yogurt, or a few crackers can be a good starting point.
  9. Focus on nutrient-rich foods: Even a small amount of nutrient-rich food can help kickstart your metabolism and provide your body with the fuel it needs.
  10. Don't force yourself to eat: If you truly don't have an appetite, it's okay to wait a little while, but try to eat something within a couple of hours of waking up.

  11. When to eat breakfast:
  12. Within 1-2 hours of waking: Aim to eat something within an hour or two of waking up to reap the benefits of breakfast.
  13. Don't wait too long: If you wait too long, you might end up feeling overly hungry and make less healthy food choices later in the day.”

5:16AM: I am drinking water. Some tap water. 😊🤗🤭

5:19AM: Google’s AI Overview….

“If you're not feeling hungry in the morning and are considering skipping breakfast, it's generally okay to drink water and wait for a natural hunger signal, but consider a small, nutrient-rich meal later. [1234

Here's a more detailed explanation: [1234

  1. Listen to Your Body: If you genuinely aren't hungry, there's no need to force yourself to eat breakfast.
  2. Hydration is Key: Drinking water in the morning is a great way to rehydrate after sleep, especially if you're not feeling hungry.
  3. Consider a Nutrient-Rich Meal Later: If you skip breakfast, ensure you have a balanced meal later in the day to avoid feeling overly hungry and potentially overeating.
  4. Don't Force Yourself: Forcing yourself to eat when you're not hungry can lead to digestive issues and may not be sustainable long-term.
  5. Listen to Your Body's Signals: Pay attention to your body's hunger and fullness cues and adjust your eating habits accordingly.
  6. Consult a Professional: If you have concerns about your appetite or eating habits, it's always best to consult with a doctor or registered dietitian. [1234

6:09PM: Google’s AI Overview:

“AI Overview

According to the American Heart Association, it is generally recommended to consume up to 1.5 ounces (approximately 30 grams) of walnuts per day. This is equivalent to about 12-14 walnut halves.

Walnuts are a nutritious nut that provides healthy fats, protein, and antioxidants. However, consuming excessive amounts of walnuts can lead to digestive discomfort, such as bloating and diarrhea. Therefore, it is important to stick to the recommended serving size.

If you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications, it is always best to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.”
