Einai Sasa’s Food Journal: Entry #1
Einai Sasa’s Food Journal: Entry #1
Monday March 24th, 2025
7:23PM: I just had an excess of many burritos from Del Taco today. I suffer from binge-eating and overeating. I eat for comfort and I stress eat. I am in a long dark tunnel on my road’s to recovery. Although the light is beginning to shine. I shall document all my meals and I may include pictures of them here and there. I still have some Del Taco left over. Trying to transition into healthier eating. Only eating when I am hungry, and stopping when I feel satisfied.
Tuesday March 25th, 2025
Foods that I Need to Have…
4:19AM: Celery.
4:21AM: Filtered water, drinking green tea, lemon juice.
6:14AM: I am about to eat some of my left over burritos from Del Taco. Currently hungry at the moment.
6:19AM: I feel satisfied. I ate one and a half 8-Layer veggie burritos from Del Taco. Much more better than the beefy 5-layer burritos at Taco Bell. My key to conquering my food addiction is to pay attention to my hunger queues. I only shall eat when I am hungry and stop when I am genuinely satisfied. I shall no longer force myself to eat until I am full. But I shall pay more attention to mindful eating.
3:24PM: I am about to eat some of my Del Taco burrito left overs. 😊
3:33PM: Just finished my meal. Thankful to Elohiym for providing.
3:41PM: I feel fat now. Glad I am almost done with my leftovers. I feel like I am desiring more healthier foods, like fruits, veggies. Veggies such as celery. Especially celery. Next grocery shopping I am going to get fruits and vegetables.
3:55PM: I actually feel kind of sick after eating Del Taco. It is like my body craves something healthy now. Like in my system I can feel the toxicity and my body demands I eat things such as celery. I do not want to waste the food, so I am telling myself to just wait until I am able to get healthy options of food.

It is important to understand that the bodies organs are allways working to detoxify the body. These drinks can assist that process, but they do not do the work for the organs.”
